I saw a few of his demos but when I downloaded them I was kind of confused on where to go from there. From what I have read the webaps need to be setup with the WEB-INF and META-INF folder and such. I assume I probably need to compile something to make his demos work?

From the report we only got to about 15 so we did not stress the server.

We will try to do another test with more warning to build it up a little more. One problem we were trying to address is that the OFLADemo that Red comes with only works with 4:3 Video and we usually shoot 16:9. We also really want to stream h264 video.
