Really great statistics... work fine for me. Just one issue. The script created correctly logfiles last year: November 2010, December 2010...

But from beginning of this year it does not create logfiles correctly. I mean they are not named correctly: January 1970, and for february it also created a logfile named January 1970. Probably it will name the next month the same way too. How to fix it? I'm glad about every help you can give me...

cheers

Hi Josh,

Thanks for providing such a great plugin! I managed to get it to LOOK like it's working using the full url of the media file, but when I click to view the video, the shadowbox comes up and just gives me the little loading circle forever.

Any thoughts as to why this might be? It's on a site I'm building for a client, so it's password protected at the moment, but let me know if/when you'd like to take a look and I'll temporarily make it public for you. :)

Thank you SO MUCH in advance!

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in response. This plugin does work with 3.0 granted with a warning once activated. If you are still trying to figure this out please let me know. Usually this is a permissions issue in reading the file.

You would need to use your webserver functions to do that. Usually you just add an htaccess filter and it will be secure.

You could modify the simple-flash-video.php so that it does not include the shadowbox code included. This why they should not overlap. You would just need to comment out the lines that involve shadowbox at the top header function.

I should clarify that it seems to work in Firefox and Safari. Chrome has both the errors above and IE has the first problem that shows the video on a dark page, rather than as a lightbox.

Hi,

I'm trying to use this on http://www.wallstreetweek.com/

There's an image with "Watch Now" in the sidebar. In order to make the shortcode execute, I've added this line to my theme functions file:

add_filter('widget_text', 'FlashVideo_Parse');

I'm having two problems. The first is that if the image/link is clicked before the page finishes loading, rather than a lightbox it just goes to a page that plays the video and nothing else.

The second problem is that when I wait for the page to load and then I click it, a lightbox is shown, but it just shows loading and never actually shows the video.

All help appreciated.

Is the Holiday Inn on New Smyrna a good place to watch launch? We will be flying in the morning of the next launch and wonder if we should go to hotel or somewhere along the way from Orlando airport. Thanks
